    • restriction of data processing,

Data subjects also have the right to object to the processing of their data, referred to in point 3.3 c), for the purposes of legitimate interests pursued by the Data Controller, including profiling. This provision, however, shall not apply if there are valid legitimate grounds for processing (e.g. establishing, pursuing or defeding legal claims), which override data subjects’ interests, rights and freedoms.
